Shipping policy

We understand that when you place an order, you want your products as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.

• The standard shipment dispatch processing time is 2-3 business days for domestic orders from the date of confirmation of payment of the order and all orders are usually dispatched at 5 pm from our warehouse in Malad, Mumbai.
• We ship domestic couriers via surface shipping method, with the best available rates from our shipping partners – Xpressbees / Porter / Professional Courier.
• Shipment once dispatched, will be notified to buyers via a valid tracking ID shared across via Email Only.
• All customers & store partners must furnish complete details while placing an order.
