Exchange & Returns Policy

  • Once a product is shipped from our warehouse Route95 Motorcycle Supply Co. will not entertain a request for Exchange & Returns of goods purchased.
  • Refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed and processed; please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
  • If your product is found to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of it arriving the customer will be directly replaced once the item in question has been returned to us. (Please refer to Warranty & Support Policy for more details)
